Refrigeration Technician
We’re looking for a Refrigeration Technician to join the ElitePEM team in a full-time service and maintenance role. This position involves working across a mix of commercial and residential sites, carrying out servicing, maintenance, fault finding, repairs, and general refrigeration work.
This role suits someone who takes pride in doing the job properly, communicates well on site, and wants to be part of a business that values safety, accountability, and long-term quality. Previous service and maintenance experience is preferred, but not essential for the right person. What matters most is the right licence, a solid attitude, and a willingness to learn.
- Carrying out service and maintenance work across commercial and residential properties
- Fault finding, testing, repairs, and general refrigeration servicing
- Attending scheduled jobs and responding to reactive maintenance tasks
- Working safely, neatly, and professionally on occupied sites
- Communicating clearly with clients, tenants, site contacts, and internal team members
- Completing work to a high standard in line with compliance requirements and ElitePEM’s expectations
- Minimum required refrigeration licence
- Experience in service and maintenance preferred, but not essential
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional attitude and pride in workmanship
- Driver’s licence preferred
