Our Story
ElitePEM didn’t start as a large operation. It began with a husband-and-wife team working weekends out of a storage shed, while still holding full-time jobs.
From the beginning, the focus was simple. Do the work properly. Communicate clearly. Build something that clients could rely on.
Established independently in 2021, the business grew through a period where many were uncertain. Demand for dependable, compliance-focused electrical work continued to rise, particularly across commercial environments where safety and accountability matter.
Within 12 months, the business outgrew its original setup. A dedicated workshop followed, along with a structured office environment and administration team to support consistent delivery.
That growth wasn’t rushed. It was deliberate.
At the same time, the founders were building a family, which shaped how the business was built. Long-term thinking, stability and accountability weren’t just values, they became the way the business operates.
Today, ElitePEM is a team of 13, delivering commercial electrical maintenance and specialist services across property, infrastructure and resilient industries.
With expanded Level 2 capability and a strong focus on compliance-led delivery, the business continues to grow with one clear priority. Do the work properly, and stand behind it.

ARA Electrical
EnLighten Australia was contracted by Telstra Limited to design and project manage the lighting upgrade within 100s of telephone exchanges throughout Victoria and New South Wales. Part of this work involved engaging electrical contractors to undertake the work in accordance with the procedures and protocols that were developed.
During the initial four year period of the contract, more than 17 electrical contractors were engaged to undertake works in different locations. One of those was a ElitePEM. Each site was audited by our QA team following the completion, enabling the project team to directly compare the results across all of these contractors. Nathan and his team performed their duties to the highest level and were equal to the best performing of all the contractors that undertook this work.
In addition to the high standard of work performed, Nathan’s cooperation and technical support to solve the technical problems that would inevitably arise from time to time was of the highest standard. He could always be relied upon to deliver as promised.
