Electrician
We’re looking for a motivated electrician to join the ElitePEM team in a full-time service and maintenance role. This position involves working across a mix of commercial and residential sites, carrying out electrical maintenance, fault finding, repairs, upgrades, and general service work.
This role suits someone who takes pride in doing the job properly, communicates well on site, and wants to be part of a business that values safety, accountability, and long-term quality. While previous service and maintenance experience is preferred, it is not essential for the right person. What matters most is a solid attitude, the right licence, and a willingness to learn.
- Service and maintenance work across commercial and residential properties
- Fault finding, repairs, testing, and general electrical maintenance
- Attending scheduled jobs and responding to reactive maintenance tasks
- Working safely, neatly, and professionally on occupied sites
- Communicating clearly with clients, tenants, site contacts, and internal team members
- Completing work in line with Australian standards and ElitePEM’s expectations around quality and compliance
- Minimum required electrical licence
- Experience in service and maintenance preferred, but not essential
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A professional attitude and pride in workmanship
- Driver’s licence preferred
