You know how to run a job, solve problems and keep clients informed. This role gives you the opportunity to bring that experience to a growing team, take ownership of commercial and industrial jobs from start to finish, and mentor apprentices and newer electricians.
Based in Wyong, you’ll work mostly across the Central Coast, Lake Macquarie and Hunter, on varied projects for councils, clubs, aged care, telco and critical infrastructure. We’re looking for someone ready to work independently, with strong fault-finding skills and pride in quality, compliant work.
$100,000–$130,000 per year. We’re moving to a 4-day working week, with a take-home company vehicle and a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Your specialist experience is valued and will be reflected in your rate.
- Service, maintenance and fault finding across commercial and industrial sites
- Commercial and industrial installations, testing and commissioning
- Running commercial and industrial jobs from start to finish
- Mentoring apprentices and newer electricians
- Dealing professionally with clients and communicating clearly with the team
- Completing documentation and delivering quality, compliant work
- A current NSW Electrical Licence
- Solid commercial, service or industrial experience
- The confidence to run a job independently and take ownership
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Clear communication with customers and team members
- A professional attitude and pride in workmanship
- ASP2, air-con, telco, solar/battery or critical infrastructure experience is highly regarded and reflected in your rate
